  Very European design although a bit over the top. Nice to see something in Texas that's not typical. Breakfast was good. - Brand new hotel that was simply fabulous. One of the best rooms I've stayed in.

  Excellent staff that seemed to be genuinely interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible. Although still going through a renovation phase, the Lancaster is a well appointed historic hotel with excellent access to Houston's theatre district and good quality restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was a full buffet rather than a continental breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service was fast and the drivers very courteous and helpful.   Had to change nights. Westin and letsbookhotel.com were able to accommodate change. have not been able to do that with other sites. Thanks to ALEX at Westin!! - Loved the pool. Beauitifully designed with good views. Beds very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. Shower is AMAZING.

  I liked the convenience of the hotel and its proximity to the Austin airport. I had an early flight and the hotel staff ensured that the shuttle was on time. I also appreciated that the breakfast buffet was available even for those who were leaving on the 5:00 am shuttle.   Absolutely loved this hotel! The room was very clean and very comfortable, breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful and no charge for parking which is a plus! Also loved that we didnt have to drive to get to the beach. The swimming pool was clean. And best of all, the price we paid for this hotel was great. We come to South Padre Island every summer and we have stayed at maybe 6-7 different hotels in the past few years and this was th - I LOVE the access to the beach! I've stayed at over 20 properties on the island and I dread the walk to the sand. La Copa makes it so easy with the pier. I LOVE IT! I love that you accept pets. I didn't bring mine this time, but I will! Breakfast is nice, but I don't make it by 10am :-( Can you extend til 11? The staff is super nice! The cleaning staff works super hard! I saw them sweeping the sand on the steps of the pier - that's awesome!

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. They happy hour was perfect and my kids enjoyed the late hours of the pool. I was very pleased with the Embassy Suites Hotel and don't have any negative remarks. This hotel earned an "A" all around.
