The seductively low prices led us to think we would be in a bog standard motel. It is much superior. The breakfasts are proper set-you-up jobs and keep you firing for hours. The staff are sweet as you like, the rooms are generous with both space and kit. The location is superb. -

This was first stop of our trip and all was ok for our needs. It was
easy to find from airport and close to our one night stay needs. The
'business center' was excellent with printer as opposed to

The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard.

I usually try to stay at Red Roof Inn when I'm in Lubbock on business. The staff is great they go above and beyond your needs. There maybe needs some updating but as far as comfortable you can't beat it. Nice place to stay

We were there for the usgp f1 race; room rates were increased, as every
hotel in town did, so they got a "good" rating on value. The
hotel had race themed decorations up, gave each guest a race goodie bag,
offered a breakfast bag to go each morning for those not enjoying the
free hot breakfast, and hosted a "happy hour" each evening.

The location is central to many desired locations, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was clean and well kept. During our stay the elevator was put out of commission by children who "crammed" into it, the staff was very helpful during this period and even discounted our stay for having to deal with the slight inconvenience without us even asking.

The beds were comfortable. The mini kitchen proved very useful. The bar on the first floor was great! Having a hot breakfast was a great way to start the day compared to the usual hotel breakfast menu of toast, cereal, and a fruit. I was overall very pleased with everything...however, I was mostly impressed with the staff. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Special thank you to the young white girl at the bar in the afternoon and the young black girl who did bkft. in the morning. These two made me feel like I had found two new friends...they were special. -
