  Location was right next to U Penn, which was beautiful and was very close to the trolley and metro stops. An art museum was practically 500 feet away and was super close to Han Dynasty, an amazing Chinese restaurant. - It was a charming hotel with a University personality and feel.   This hotel is an renovate during we stay. Our room was perfect, but 1 bed on 2 was old. Internet free in the room, it's perfect too! Coffee 24 hours at the reception, very nice.   The staff was kind and helpful. Any needs were taken care of immediately. The hotel was updated, modern, clean, and well located. The room was wonderful. It was very comfortable and clean.   Location, on the gps- does not take you directly to hotel.. Loved the breakfast, However the staff was unable to keep up with the demand. Very comfy beds and nice clean rooms!
