  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.

  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before.   A convenint location for staying overnight near jfk Airport. After landing, we took the Air Train to Federal Circle where they have phones which are connected to the various nearby hotels. After calling, we waited 20 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive to take us to the hotel. The room was clean, modern and spacious, with a good shower. I would recommend the Garden Inn and Suites. - Shuttle - arrived within ten minutes of my call from the courtesy phone at JFK Fed. Circle - great as I was travelling alone and worried about waiting around at 11pm. Shuttle dropped off at requested terminal in the morning. Receiption staff very polite and efficient. Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great. All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.
