  They were very accommodating to let us check in hours before 4pm, which was a plus considering we drove 10 hours with a toddler. Shawn or as he prefers to be called Whatawhata was wonderful. He was the friendliest staff we met there from the first day til the day we left. It makes it better because of how th - I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!

  I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.
