  The staff was great as we were warmly welcomed upon arrival, as well as at the breakfast the next morning. The room was well decorated, to the level we would normally only expected from a higher priced hotel. Their location was right off the highway, so we wasted no time trying to find it. I would ce - The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.

  It was so close to Shea's that we could walk to our event. They gave us a room right by the icemachine and elevators as we requested. nice lobby to relax in. - Staff were awesome. Second time there second time impressed.

  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave.   I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   I had stayed here before and they had mixed up our reservation. This time I emailed the General Manager directly to ensure that we got the room we had booked. My daughter and son-in-law also booked. The gm ensured me that not only would we get the rooms we booked, we would get adjoining rooms - which we did.
