  After "researching" so many hotels,We decided to book this hotel.Previous reviews helped us a lot in selecting this motel.We stayedthere for 06 days.This is one of the "best hotel" for a budget concioustraveller.Excellent in cleanliness..Especially the bathrooms.   Our contact Svetlana was extremely helpful when we needed an extra room to accommodate another guest in our party and she rearranged bookings to allow us all to be in adjacent rooms which was greatly appreciated. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful and our stay there was most enjoyable. - Very helpful staff, nothing was a problem.

  The location was perfect, situated perfectly in midtown - it was close to get to uptown and downtown. Subway and bike rental was 3 minutes away. Apartment was also very clean, Air conditioner worked very well for hot nyc summer weather. Area is great for shopping, there is always people even late at night time, there was nice coffee shop Gregory's... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and coffee was lovely. I really enjoyed my stay here. - Reading the previous comments I was slightly cautious regarding this booking, but this apartment turned out to be extremely clean, friendly staff (Ray) who you may always contact, excellent location for sightseeing the whole city and perfect beds (also for tall people) and clean shower / toilet. Would rent here again on my next trip, amazing value for money.
