We happened to be there on 2 days that a huge snowstorm came so travel in the city was difficult, but staying at the Quality Inn was good. We especially enjoyed the suite.   I loved the smiles everytime I would see your staff in the halls or at the front desk. When you are traveling, it is great to see friendly smiles or people who take the time to say hello or chat with you. The first night I arrived, I had a long chat with Anastasyia.
