  I loved the location of Coastal Palms. Although the front of the hotel faced a busy street, the rear (where our room was located) was perfect. We had a balcony, a view of the ocean and the beach was literally a couple of feet away from the hotel. I also liked the fact that there were - Room was clean & good sized. Liked having refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker in room. On site parking lot. They let us park and go to the beach before check in and also after check out. Had free beach chairs to use.

  Everything we needed was in a 1 block radius! Cvs, beer, liquor, Phillips Crab House Buffet, nightclub, beach and boardwalk was so convenient. It took us less then 2 minutes to get right on the boardwalk and beach. It's a little less congested on 18th on the boardwalk which we loved. It's very convenient for families with kids too. - It was close to the beach area, the café shop with the hotel served gluten free meals and healthy foods, you accommodated us by giving us our room side by side which was great for my family, the location was great being near CVS,a catholic church, and Dunken doughnuts. My family wants to make this a yearly vacation since this is the first time we went together as a family and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

  I loved the location and the staff. We had one minor problem, couldn't get our hot water to work in our room. The manager immediately upgraded us to another room. Everything we needed was very close to the hotel, food, shopping, the beach, the boardwalk, even a grocery store which is important with small children.   Ben the receptionist was a great guy. He worked very hard at the reception desk and also in the breakfast area. He was cheerful and helpful. - Room was clean and the hotel was conveniently located to where is was working. The price was excellent.
