  Friendly staff, clean room and good service. It is located right beside the high way which leads to downtown Washington. Walmart across the street has everything we might need from diapers to snacks for the kids. We also like the breakfast.   The owner was friendly and made us comfortable with our stay ! Rooms were always clean ! Hot water heater broke and owner bought a brand new one for her guests to have a great cozy stay !!! Had a beautiful clean pool and close walk to the beach ! - I liked the safety of the hotel. It was clean and neat.
