One shuttle driver went put of way when our car was out of gas. He took us to gas station to get some gas and then assisted us with putting on tank.   I liked the fact that everyone on your staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. I was especially impressed with Bonnie Ashbury, who works in the buffet breakfast area. She was sincerely friendly, pleasantly out- going, dedicated 100% to customer service/satisfaction, and extremely hard working.   The king room was fantastic! Clean, comfortable room. Nice tv. Great value! Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you need one near bwi airport. Very close to Merriweather Post Pavilion (was in town for a concert) and Camden Yards (be sure to catch a game if you can - go O's!) - The room was clean and confortable.   I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were almost never in use the two times we went down. The walls for the room were not paper thin like most hotels. There were about 5 other hotels a stones throw from the Westin and I've always been a Marriott gal myself having worked fo - The staff was extremely helpful. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.
