  The staff was extremely helpful. Since the moment we arrived to until our last minute there we felt welcome. Especially Nabeel and Jared were very kind and gave us a lot of great tips about what to do and where to go in Chicago. The hotel has a perfect location close to malls (in front of Macy's), design shops (Nordstorm, DSW, Old Navy and etc.) and grocery stores (Target is the biggest one). Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent views if you are facing due east. Great bar and bistro on the ground floor. I will definitely visit again.

The rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head rain shower head. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well- stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was top-notch.
