  I really liked the location. We were able to walk to several places we wanted to visit, including the Art Institute and the Doughnut Vault. The check-in was quick and easy, and they were nice to suggest some places we should visit when asked.   Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was snowing out and they let me borrow an umbrella for free.

There were healthy options (fruit, yogurt, cereal) but also warm food choices. This hotel is the perfect and most restful stop on a long, boring road.
