  The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area, directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of employees! Thanks to letsbookhotel.com and the sheraton for a fantastic four - The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St. Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to get to where we were going.

  We arrived very late, after midnight, and the front desk was very helpful noting that we requested a late check out. The next day they were gracious enough to let us stay for a while longer. We loved the facility and the room.
