  I loved the price and the ease of booking. It was also awesome to have free wifi in the hotel room. The other nice thing is that it is conveniently located in downtown Pinetop.   The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly". The management might want to survey guests to see if the dinner music is as much a "value added" factor as they think. Clean ,comfortable and very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.
