I booked the hotel on-line expecting it to be a "value" room. Much to my surprise the room was about 2 steps up from value. For the price I was very pleased with the decor, comfort, size and location. The continental breakfast had a large variety to choose from, it's pet friendly with no additional fees and offers shuttle service to the theme parks. I am planning another trip in 2 weeks and will book my room at this same hotel.

Not luxurious, but clean. In the heart of Orlando, close to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Free parking is always nice. The internet is an additional $3.00 per day. Exactly as advertised, great bargain with an extremely comfortable bed and clean room. Excellent service,clean motel and everything is walking distance no complain. Good sized room Late arrival possible Friendly staff Clean enough. The staff was friendly, they greeted us every time they saw us. Very close to everything without the everything price. 1. Price. 2. . Location. 3. Facility. room was very clean and comfortable. Inexpensive, clean and comfortable. The cleaniness of the room. the friendly staff. close to the parks and price was great. location. location. Location. everything was awesome no problems. Was very sheap. Nothing!. TV are to old. But for the room price I guess is ok lol. No microwave or small refrigerator in all rooms. No blow dryers in the room and no alarm clocks or safes. It was difficult to find using google maps, a little off the beaten path with a not terribly visible sign. Older television had no HDMI port, so unable to hook up computer. Seen roaches in the lobby but not in the rooms and my sheets had stain in them. Wifi was out the entire 3-day stay. The smell of mold. no coffie in room, could not leave dog,when going for lunch. had to leave in car. was not compeletly clean....bathroom was not compeletly cleaned. smell of mold,very noisy. Limitation of services like breakfast room was not fully ready when we moved in..pillows and towels were missing one of the beds was not tacked. After reserving days in advance a none smoking room we arrive to find out that the only room was left and it had no ac. On the way to our room there was a bag of pot on the floor.The hallways and room smelt like cigarettes. Guess you really do get what u pay for. Internet @ 90.00 per month .renew every day.. And expensive . considering most other places is free. It was not working for three days and we had to go somewhere else for the signal. no refrig, or micro in room. I left chocolates in a bag and to my dismay, a rat bit into it. It felt terrible knowing a rat was running around in the room while we slept. don't have nothin I didn't like. Staff was very rude . They didn't have a crib for a baby . I needed silver wear at night to eat my salad they didn't even have that . This motel was dirty, the staff rude and the facilities sorely lacking in any redeeming qualities. It is extremely close to many attractions - and that's probably why they are so rude and unaccommadating. They know they have a great location. You want cheap - this is the place. But, don't expect to be treated like a human being or anyting close to one. They could just care less.
