Mitä ihmiset sanovat
Ernesto at the front desk was great! We had to leave for Canada after a
one night stay and he helpfully offered to safekeep our luggages for 3
days as we were returning to the hotel for another stay.
When he noticed that room for the first night was too small for our family of 3, he moved us to a bigger room with twin beds!
Awesome service and a seriously convenient location. The subway is right in front and Chinatown on the right with lots of eateries and shopping.
A fantastic hotel we woul. kaikki arvostelut »
The hotel is in a central part of Manhattan, close to Tribeca and Chinatown and next to a subway station. So it was easy to explore the city from the hotel.
Staff was very helpful. When the smoke detector in a neighbour's room started beeping as the battery had run out (can happen) they were quick to replace it, so there was no more a loud noise coming from it.
Free WiFi!.
Good value for the money. Room was small, but modern, recently updated,
clean and comfortable. I would rather sacrifice on square footage than
cleanliness when booking a budget-friendly hotel. The street noise
mentioned by some other reviewers was not noticeable. The vicinity to
the subway was great.
I loved the hotel's location, and the friendly staff. The building is turn of the 20th century, and on an irregularly shaped lot, so the rooms are not cookie-cutter identical. 703 has three giant, arched, windows with a northern view, and a quirky layout that you wont find anywhere else- I loved it.
Canal Street is a buzzing location in Lower Manhattan. The subway was closeby. The room was decently sized and the bed was really comfortable. The adjacent bathroom was really handy. Up on the 8th floor the noise wasn't so bad. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Loved this location, subway stop right outside and 10mins to midtown, also on the yellow line which was super handy and could pretty much get you anywhere.
Staff were fantastic, especially Kevin at the front desk. Made me first stay in NYC perfect!.
The location was great. Hotel was located in a heart of Tribeca. Soho,
Little Italy and China town were just in a corner. Cool area indeed.
Rooms were tiny but very cute with a small docking station for
smartphone. I loved it. Wifi worked well.
I loved the staff. They could not have been more helpful. The room was small but bed was super comfy. The rate was phenomenal. The room was clean and supplied with the right amenities. I was in the middle of the Little Italy and Tribeca.
Very nice and clean hotel, perfect located on Canal St, Broadway. Next to train stations, but perfect for walking to Little Italy, Village, Soho etc. Not very large rooms, but they where very light and fresh. We can warmly recomend it.
The hotel was very clean even though situated in gritty place. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Canal street shopping was fun. In all a most enjoyable experience. We would stay here again.
location, train station was right exiting the hotel door
Nice staff, service, coordination, support
Comparable and competitive price during the week, which was the US Open, so good price.
Subway station is right next to the hotel. Canal Street is quite busy, however reasonably priced restaurants can be found close to the hotel.
The location: at the cross road of Soho, China Town, little Italy and Tribeca.
At leasy 4 subway stations at 5' walk!
Clean rooms
Good beds.
Front desk clerk and the person who fixed the TV (remote) and brought the luggage cart to my room were very professional and helpful.
Good location, many shops around. Very clean room and hotel. Easy &
fast access to subway. Staff was friendly.
The location is wonderful and very central to all the fun stuff. Room clean and bright and new. Staff efficient.
Fab location on Canal St, very convenient for the subway, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean bathroom.
Right on Canal Street, and the yellow line is right outside the hotel dooe which takes you uptown quickly.
The staff were helpful, the location was great. Room comfortable, bed
great. And the value amazing.
-Very clean. -Nice & friendly reception. -Close to soho & west
village, excellent shopping.
Staff, friendly, happy, smiling.
Rooms, wow, very nice.
Price, best!
Free wi-fi everywhere!.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Very comfortable bed and nice clean room.
Friendly front deck folk
Housekeeping the best
Location optimum
Cool and blu all around.
modern clean room and lobby,
good central downtown location,
close to subway terminals.
Brand new hotel, very well located, great price (for NY standards) for what you get.
Great location, easy to get around town & great at night for local
restaraunts.
Staff were very friendly and very helpfull. Location to underground was perfect!.
Very nice hotel.. Clean.. Location convenient to subway,Chinatown, little Italy.
Perfect place to stay before the NYC Marathon! I would definitely come back!.
Comfortable bed
Modern bathroom
Great location
Overall a pleasant experience.
Location, value, big room, refrigerator and microwave, big bathroom.
I phone docking station, Lage (direkt an der yellow line).
Nice hotel in China town, clean and with friendly staff.
Very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful..
Friendly staff, big and clean bathroom, good price.
Clean, Quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Location and proximity to public transportation.
Great location on Canal Street and great staff.
Location was great. Good info on the board.
The staff were very friendly & helpful.
Everything, but especially the location.
Location
Friendly & helpful staff.
Friendly staff. Subway right outside.
Great location. Very clean and new.
Location is great, near subway.
Personel ve konumu çok iyi.
Staff, rooms, location.
clean, comfortable bed.
Big room, nice staff.
Location, staff.
It's on a Main Street so expect traffic rumblings all night long.
The rooms are tiny because of the location but honestly both can't
be helped if you want convenience.
The room was very small. Then again, for a city trip I wasn't planning on staying much in my room anyway.
The rooms were also quite noisy. You could clearly hear what was going on in the neighbouring rooms. A bit more soundproofing would be welcome.
Being located on Canal Street comes with it's drawbacks like people
hustling fake watches and knockoff women's handbags. Only one ice
machine located in the hotel basement. No plastic liners for the ice
bucket or trash cans.
The room temperature was not controleable from the room station. The closet space was very narrow and not really enough room to comfortably layout your suitcases.
Canal Street is busy, but I wasn't bothered by the noise.
Few of the female receptionist were bit impolite but the guy that were
there was nice. The tax over the actual hotel prize shocked a bit.
The neighborhood was a little dicey at night. Otherwise - love, love love this place.
The room was very small ( like a cruise ship) but this is New York and we managed fine.
too small size
Bed too small for a couple
Air conditioner can not be adjusted from room, have to call service to fix.
The rooms are very small, but you need the room only for sleeping because the ciry is amazing.
Not having a closet OR wall hooks to hang clothes OR furniture to store clothes (only two small drawers in the desk) OR a luggage rack were MAJOR issues that should be corrected. Also, my room (701) was definitely NOT a "Deluxe Room - Disability Access" as booked!.
3Rd floor room was quite noisy, as canal street has heavy traffic
throughout the day. Room was small if considering type "deluxe
full", not as spacy as in the pictures.
New York drivers really do drive with one hand on the horn and you can hear them all night - but you get used to it - not the hotel's fault. The bed really is a small double - almost a three quarter - great if you are on your own but two regular sized people can struggle.
Air con set to temperature_too warm!.
AC too cold!.
We forgot that to get a taxi you need to hail one from the street. It
was very hot and when the staff at the desk offered to call for us, we
accepted and got a private car rather than a taxi. Taxi is cheaper.
-Noise from the street, but you get used to it.
No option for breakfast.
We had two single beds the were ...
narrow and slid about to much.
No bar or social type setting was most regretable. Lobby was just a waste
Our room overlooked Canal street (nice, right?) but really, really noisey.
very loud street, traffic all night.
The air conditioning is central, so we were either melting or freezing because we could not adjust the temperature from our room (the hole floor has to be in the same temperature).
The floor was never cleaned during the 7 nights we were there (they only made the bad and took out the trash).
Price, was pricey for the size, but was also dissapointed to hear
others staying at same time, $100 night cheaper than our price, with no
ability to change.
The room was a little small but it was ok!.
Rooms very small...very busy street.
No closet space.
bathroom needs a bit more shelf space..
Zimmer sind sehr klein.
Extremely noisy location on Canal street; heavy commercial traffic
around the clock just outside.
It sounded like we were outside all night. The window did not keep the noise out of the room. Maybe the pane needs to be thicker.
Usual NYC (means small) size of the room. Problems with A/C which you cann´t controle from the room, there was a big heat in the room and we have to ask twice the reception to turn it off.
letsbookhotel.com reservation required me to switch rooms; very inconvenient.
No roof terrace.
It's noisy - but hey, it's NYC!.
Only one little creamer packet for two people.
Our room was on the second floor on the street.Lots of noise late at night.
Little noisy but for that rate in manhatten you can not complain about that.
Nothing negative except extremely small room, was difficult to keep 2 suitcases open.
Had to call front desk to turn on a/c, sometimes took hours for it
to turn on.
The room was small and there was no wardrobe to put our clothes.
we were given a very small room with a double bed that was quite small. But for NY it is a good price-value hotel, clean, good location.
only noice from the street.
Noisy.
