  I came as a solo traveler in the middle of the night because of a late flight, and even though the staff had confusion about who was supposed to be in which room, they handled it just fine that evening and in the morning when we switched rooms to get it straightened out the way we were supposed to be. Everyone maintained a smile and obviously was doing their job the best they could and kept high customer satisfaction in a confusing situation. Th - Staff was excellent and the hotel was in the perfect location in a quieter section of the French Quarter (but still close to all the action). The room and hotel in general were very clean and comfortable and looked recently renovated. We were very pleased with our whole experience.

The rooms are renovated with clean and modern bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The people in hotel very friendly and helpful. The was no safe in the room but there is a safety deposit box at the front desk and its free! Location is great - just two blocks from Bourbon Street. - Located in the heart of French Quarter, 5 minutes walk from Bourbon Street, 10 minutes Jackson Square or Canal Street. Room where i stayed was small, just big enough for a queen bed, bathroom was actually bigger - but very comfortable and perfectly adequate for solo traveller. I was a little concerned about walking back late at night after reading several reviews - but really nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend - excellent value for money.

  I loved the vibe of the hotel and the fact that it is a boutique hotel. The check in staff were very accommodating and I love the green apple touch. I helped myself to one every day. The staff is very attentive and they even left a special gift in our room once they found out it was my birthday! Great location & Great modern hotel!

  Location was great near the French Market and Royal Street, very easy to get around and just far enough from Bourbon St to avoide the late night/early morning party animals, and there are a lot! Our room was fabulous but over the road from our friends whose room was much smaller with no windows. Then I looked at the bathroom it was as large as the bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a separate walkin shower all tastefully done.

For $10 more a night, the amenities were more than doubled. We were so happy with our stay at the Plaza I will book there every return (business) trip. It is worth not "shopping around" to stay there.

The location was great also, within walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to - My overall stay was awesome!!!! The staff members overall service was superb!!! They were pleasant from the time we checked in up to the moment we checked out. This was one of my best stay at any hotel and I have stayed at many hotels. Management did an awesome job in choosing these employees. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
