For guests’ convenience, a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee-making facilities are provided as well as ironing facilities. When not relaxing on the beach, guests can lounge in any of the resort’s 11 hot tubs or play at the on-site water park. A games room and fitness centre are also on site at the Crown Reef Beach Resort. The Crown Reef Beach Resort Grab n' Go Rill and Coffee Bar offers breakfast and lunch menu items. The seasonal Pool Bar and Grill and the Loco Gecko Restaurant are also on site. For dessert, guests can go to Swirl Ice Cream and Sweet Shop. Family Kingdom Amusement Park is located 3.3 km from the resort, Whispering Pines Golf Course is 4 minutes’ drive away, and Broadway at the Beach is 8.4 km from Crown Reef Beach Resort.

There is a killer good resturant next door. The hotel on the other side of the resturant has a pier that is open to the public. There is a par3 golf course on the other side of ocean drive. Located on the less congested end of Ocean Drive. Everything pretty much. I think they should have designated motorcycle parking for the guests that are there for the Harley Bike week. I love the location. The room seemed to have been refurbished since we were there.

I liked the hotel restaurants, it is a very large hotel with lots of pools and plenty of room around the pools whether you want to swim or just sunbath. Being by the beach, having a kitchen & room service kept room cleaned daily. we liked everything, from our room to the restaurants on site and the pool bar. on the ocean. Price. The room was comfortable and clean enough but very outdated. all rooms w a ocean view. many pools and lazy river. Love the Bath & Body Works provisions!!. parking was nice. The insulation between rooms must be pretty thin, bumps and thuds from neighboring rooms are easily heard. Parking was tight and cutting corners on the upper parking levels was a concern. The pool and lazy river were extremely cold. Only one hot tub was really hot. Outdated beds and applianced. Some areas are not as clean as they should be: For example the elevators and the areas in front of the elevator doors. This gives a bad impression of the entire hotel. The room we were staying in the rooms next door were banging shut at all times of the night people going in and out. Where u could not get any sleep. Other than that all was good. Checking into the Hotel across the street from the main buildings. Some pools & hot tubs were nasty and or not working. I thought laying that much they should of been in good condition & ready to be used. 1 elevator out of 4 in tower 1 only worked for 2 days. i would find a new elevator company that would stay on the job till they were fixed. so far from anything. Needs some work on the facilities. The pools and hot tubs were disgusting. The elevators were very uncomfortable and gave you the feeling you'd be lucky if you made it up or down to where you were going. It's time to upgrade this resort . I paid so much this time that I notice how dated everything was. for what I paid it should have been a lot nicer. It was cold & rainy during our visit. Parts of the hotel walkways actually made the situation worse. Signage was not clear- and/or flat out inaccurate. Also, each night the phone rang, or at least chirped several times, each night between 12:00-12:30 am. No, would not return. mattress was yeal hard and very lumpy...also evacuation until 3am was very tiresome...pool shutdown beside outside bar was very disappointing..... The place needs some renovations lamps some didn't work one was rusted mattress needs replace has old style tv no hd need menu in rooms for insite resturant. the attitudes and messed up my booking information.
