  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The hotel is very modern, the rooms have brand new furniture. The staff is very friendly and they pay a lot of attention to detail. The rooms and facilities are very clean and perfectly maintained.   The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. They have have been completely refurbished and are are now modern in decor and very contemporary. The beds are medium to firm and very comfortable ( for our likes).
