  The service was awesome, staff was more than helpful and super friendly. The continental breakfast was great. My favorite thing was when I went to the desk to ask for extra coffee for the room there were 4 of us there and we are coffee drinkers! The clerk made us a fresh pot in the lobby!! The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Was so glad they took pets. Hate to leave her at home. Thanks for a great stay would do it again.

  Me and my whole family were very satisfied with everything,a helpful staff,pricing and location.It was all very good.Thank you all very much.It was the first time in 15 years my mom and her sister had been able to see each other,and yall made it very special. - For the price this was an excellent deal.   Location, Location, Location--and budget--and the manager was very accommodating and welcoming and friendly. This whole trip was great--we spontaneously decided to go a day early and would have loved to have stayed a day late! Rooms were clean and comfortable--bed slept well; loved sitting at the picnic table out front and watching the "smoke" ris... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e from the foothill across the road. Reminded me so much of the way trips to the "Smokies" used to be---a hotel key instead of a confounded card--refr - It is a very much like staying with friends. The proprietor is friendly and helpful. The Hotel is old but comfortable, clean and quaint. I would recommend staying here. This is definitely my place to stay when I go to Cherokee North Carolina which should be about twice a month.
