All guests will receive a short-term rental agreement acknowledging Downtown Resort Style policies within 24 hours of booking. This must be signed and returned within 2 business days of booking. Guests must present a photo ID matching the credit card they used at the time of booking with their rental agreement. Parking is provided for a fee. Payment for parking is taken upon arrival. No request needed, limit 1 space per reservation. Guests must notify the property via email or phone of their time of arrival. Guests who fail to do so may forfeit their first night’s stay.
