My room was quite big and very clean, but nothing that special about it. Maybe the Victorian rooms are more interesting. Garden, lobby and restaurant room are quite beautiful. Location is ok, can walk to major DC attractions, but it's not a short walk.

  Once we upgraded to a bigger room we were much more comfortable. Two people could fit in the room that had two queen beds in the room. the staff was amazing and so helpful.

  Room was comfortable - TV on swivel base was neat! Microwave & mini-fridge were added benefits at no extra cost. Conveniently located along a fairly quiet city street. Within walking distance of several buses, and also comfortable distance to restaurants, convenience stores etc. Well suited for a brief business trip. Staff was generally polite & responsive e.g. when my iron malfunctioned, they replaced it promptly. - The location is fabulous, very close to all public transportation and only a few stops from the Verizon center, China Town, the White House and many museums. Breakfast was better than many places we've stayed and included scrambled eggs and morning biscuits - not bad! The price was terrific and the value excellent for this part of DC. Really....

  The staff was Extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit. The food in the restaurant/brewery downstairs was delicious. The morning breakfast buffet was tasty and convenient. I would stay again in the future and highly recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to dc to tour the city.   letsbookhotel.com gave me the wrong address for the place -- 2000 North Street instead of n Street. Fortunately there isn't a North Street -- otherwise I would have been massively inconvenienced. AllCity (the managers) are not available by phone outside business hours -- I.E., when one arrives in dc with the wrong address. The price-value was great, it was cheaper than a 5star hotel room. Even though the company said I couldn't leave my my luggage for a couple of hours after my check out, I had no problem, as this was a main concern.

  This was a work related trip so I did not get to do much in DC Area. I did like this Boutique Hotel, Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good Restraurants within walking distance - We were pleased to be so convenient to GWU Hospital while our brother-in-law underwent surgery for cancer and to find the hotel more than satisfactory.
