  I was attending a conference at NYU. The hotel is right at the heart of NYU and so was a convenient location for me. The beautiful Washington Square Park is just steps away from the hotel. I like that the hotel is situated in a safer and quieter part of the city, yet within easy reach of the attractions in the city. Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating.   From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was just perfect. We drove to nyc and we were pleasantly greeted immediately. The staff was warm and welcoming. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.

We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in. The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the room clean, well designed and stocked with the right amenities. The location is great for downtown shopping, restaurants and gallery hopping.
