  The service at this Hotel ranked up there with service we have received at luxury chains. The hotel is right on the Univ. of Houston campus and thus ran by students. We were amazed at their attentiveness and hospitality. Wish all Hiltons were like this! - Excellent location when visiting the University of Houston.   Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very very nice.   The location was perfect for us because we were heading to an Astros game and Minute Maid was just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi.   It was very nice & spacious room... Checkout was simple & they held my bags until after our event so we could remain parked in vallet. - Very Nice food, clean rooms, great service...I'd recommend this hotel!

  Staff on reception, were excellent, extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely would stay there again. The bed (12th Floor) so comfy a real treat! - I enjoyed the resturant a variety of food buffet. My husnand and i loved it. Everyone was polite and helpful. We would stay here again.
