  Location was just amazing!!! Concierge service was fantastic as was the room device/bellboy service. Particular mention of concierge Carolyn, and Papa in lobby. Also the customer relations lady from Slovenia was amazing. Rooms are very comfortable and good size.   On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was.
