I've stayed at a different hotel my last four trips to Chicago,
because I just can't find the right place. I finally found it. Hotel
Felix is clean, quiet, stylish, and comfortable. The staff is friendly
and accommodating. The location is convenient. This was a great find and

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.

Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis
while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.
Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift
