  The hotel was very nicelly decrated. wonderfull garden and pool. Next to the beach but does not hace its own beach. The rooms are clean comfi and big enough. We liked the hotel so much that we were sad that we are only staying for one night after our cruise. We willgo back and definatelly stay in the same hotel - Location, Location and Concierge

  Loved the decor, the light airy space that has been created throughout the ground floor. The pool area was lovely with comfortable and stylish seating.   The staff were fantastic. My bank put a restriction on my card and was declined. One of the managers Tj gave me a phone to call them. But since it was a Sunday an also 4pm Nigerian time nothing could be resolved. Tj checked me in all the same and said I should sort it out in the morning. I couldn't believe this. Excellent food on all restaurants. Good parties around the pool and very good sound isolated room, no noise from late night pool parties. The staff deserves the credit of being a great place to stay.

  I absolutely loved this hotel, facilities were great, staff were great, especially Joelle at the front desk, fantastic location without being noisy, lovely rooftop pool, very convenient for beach and Lincoln Road. I had been charged for food I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my account with no questions asked! Love the morning coffee and the evening wine tasting! Nice pool.   Great hotel in great location.have read other reviews and I can only saythat people who are negative must be very pickey!   The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Wifi worked well in our room. - I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.
