  We loved our stay at the Channel Road Inn. It was a wonderful starting point for our walks to the Santa Monica Pier along the beach and back along Ocean Avenue. The restaurants nearby were very good and the staff at the inn were very helpful and pleasant. It was a very relaxing environment and impeccably clean. The afternoon wine and cheese was very pleasant after driving all day and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed are stay very much.

  The rooms are charming, but the garden is an oasis amoung all the concrete and beach. So relaxing to sit outside and read, or just have a drink and chat. A huge plus is the while smoking is not permitted in the house, the outside is smoker friendly ... for those of us who still do smoke. It was a perfect vacation getaway. - Perfect location being 25 metres along a walkway to the sand and beautiful beach. Lovely garden for relaxing. Home baked afternoon tea each day. An oasis from the busyness if fun Venice beach. Found a superb italian restaurant. A walk sling the canal walk a must. Highly recommended.
