  We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. Kathia was the young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it up for us.

  I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional!   The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff.   The hotel was very cool and trendy, exactly what we were looking for in a boutique experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The lobby bar at night was definitely the place to be, lots of young people and great music, the bartenders were fun and not overwhelmed at all by the amount of people there. The hotel location was excellent, not far from Time Square, Penn Station round the corner from the Empire State Building and only a couple of blocks from the subway to get to the rest of New York.
