  The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Just what you can expect from a new, renovated hotel. The room was somewhat on the small side (1 king bed, room with two queens is larger but also more expensive) but I guess that is common in NY where space is limited and hotel prices are high. The room was extremely clean and up-to-date. Our beds were comfortable. It definitely fit our needs for NYC. It was very close to everything - walking distance to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square - but we were not in the midst of the crowds, noise and chaos.   My boyfriend and I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was, especially with our dog who was staying with us. When we arrived there was a framed "welcome" for Bob our puppy with treats and water for him. The "raid the mini bar" credit was a great touch and the room was very roomy and clean.
