  The position is simply perfect to visit Manhattan, very close to Times Sq., the 5th Av., the theater distr. and a couple of strategic subway stations. The hotel has nothing special, but really has everithing you need: clean, confortable, nice staff, gym, lounge with printer and pc and complimentarey (and good) coffee, free wifi, complimentary wate... mitä ihmiset sanovat » r... We went as tourist for a long week-end and were complitely satisfied, but I would also consider this hotel for business trip. - Location was excellent... On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner. The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

  The room was lovely and had such a welcoming, warm, homely and cosy atmosphere when I first walked in, with soft lighting and classical music drifting through it. - Beds were very comfortable. Room was well lit and quiet. Ample seating.

  It was about the average price that you'd pay for hotels in Times Square, but it was just outside the border of Times Square so it wasn't really noisy and busy. Having said that, it was about a 30 second walk from the centre of Times Square. Perfect location! The staff were super friendly and helpful and with a 24hour front desk I felt very secure... mitä ihmiset sanovat » knowing I could receive help at any time. Security deposit was only $100, which is relly cheap for ny. Free computer and printing, Internet, WiFi and - We absolutely loved this hidden gem! From the entrance onward! Carlos was very nice at check-in and check-out. The room was very much what we hoped for. I was skeptical to stay at a place that had kitchenettes but this was a pleasant surprise! Clean, plenty of room for us. Location could not be beat!! We look forward to staying again as we travel to nyc a few times a year. Lots close by. Walked everywhere from here and never seemed far!!   This was our first trip to the USA and New York.The staff were friendly and very efficient. Started with Peter who radioed our arrival to reception even before we were out of the taxi. Together with Caesar on the door they were always there with advise on destinations and restaurants, and treated us like we were family.   At the desk, Dennis verified my information quickly and was quite friendly (I've been to enough hotels in NYC to recognize when I'm not a "room number" [based on the amount I have paid for a room] vs a "real person" [treated as if it didn't matter which room I paid for. Ask for Dennis at the Tuscany OR Jen - Stayed here for a couple of days before dropping my daughter to summer camp. The staff here are so welcoming and bend oer backwards to please. We were upgraded upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel are huge compared to most rooms in Manhattan and the decor is funky yet comfortable. The location is fabulous. 3 minutes to Grand Central Station and about 10 minutes to Macys. I love this hotel so much that I'm going back in 3 weeks to stay for a week!!!
