  Upon entering the hotel, one is welcomed with exquisite beautiful beyond belief. The staff are very professional individuals and are eager to please. Also, the level of security is very important in a place like NYC, and the Waldorf takes extra measures to ensure everyone feels a high level of security.   Once we got over the inefficiency of what letsbookhotel.com had organised, the staff at The Pierre were excellent and arranged what we couldn't accomplish through many emails and telephone discussions. - Clean, quiet and the service was fantastic all the way around.

  Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The hotel is situated conveniently to both the theatre district, lower Manhattan, and is right off the FDR at 37th. The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms. The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.
