  Very helpfull and careful staff (Personaly thanks to gay working in reception 1st of June, 2008). - It was in a good area within easy reach of all the things we wanted to do with rapid access to the T.line and cabs.   Great location in the heart of back bay, a ten minute walk for us to Fenway park for a Red Sox game, less than 5mins to Newbury st for shopping, breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, great relaxing hotel with a lovely gym and pool!   Stayed four nights with my two grown up sons in a two bedroom suite. An ideal option that gave us all our own space without needing to have completely separate rooms. We didn't have the best of views but we coped with that! All staff were very attentive and made us feel very special. Quite an expensive hotel but not a lot more expensive than other hotels - think - Unfortunately we arrived just after the bombs had gone off, the staff were on hand immediately to help and reassure us, they were extremely kind and upgraded us to a suite. Maureen booked us in for dinner at a local Restaurant and even sent us over her favourite cocktail while we were having dinner. Room was very comfortable and clean, location was good - will be back!!
