  The layout of the one bedroom suite was well-thought with almost everything one might need to feel the comforts of home. There was even a washer/dryer in the suite. The pillows though small were firm enough to sleep well. The complimentary hot buffet breakfast may not be fancy but it was pleasant.   We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around.   The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.
