The daily maid service was impeccable and the staff were all very pleasant. The wi-fi worked well and was free though not quite fast enough to take large downloads like movie files well. An excellent value for the money in a very convenient location just 10-15 minutes walk to Union Square at a fraction of the price.

  Good and a clean place for the money. The staff were courteous and it is a simple and an inexpensive place to stay if you want something on a low budget. Walking distance to movies, and great ethnic asian cuisine. - I liked that is was pet friendly at no extra charge. Once we got the handicapped room, it was perfect. The beds were comfortable.

Their location is perfect - close enough to Union Square to enjoy the nightlife, but far enough away to avoid the noise; the bart is half a block away and provides access to the entire city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was perfect - high floor with views and the bestest 2 x Queens - very very comfortable

  Firstly the location is great. You are right at the start of the cable car which you can take over to fisherman's wharf. Room had been updated sympathetically and although not large by US standards, you could definately swing a cat if that was your thing.   I loved the service at the hotel. A small misunderstanding initially and immediately comped a couple of services for me. Was there for 6 fantastic days at a very peak period at high price but absolutely worth it. I was made to feel very comfortable especially as a woman travelling alone. Great location. This is my first and most likely only hotel review as I don't do reviews generally but fel - Every single staff member we encountered went way beyond the call of duty to make sure that we enjoyed our stay.
