The hotel is very modern, the rooms have brand new furniture. The staff is very friendly and they pay a lot of attention to detail. The rooms and facilities are very clean and perfectly maintained.   Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable.   Like everyone who takes the time to write this reveiw, I liked the location. The two ladies who works the morning shift are excellent. I like the 24 hour convinence store attached to the hotel and the cafe tables outside.The kitchen in the room is a huge perk considering that south beach restaurants are expensive. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

  Arrived in Miami after having a very rude taxi driver. Was greeted with a friendly welcome at the hotel. O - Excellent location at quieter end of Ocean Drive but within easy walking distance of everything . Receptionist Mary was very friendly and happily changed our room on request to an ocean view. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite ! Lovely pool , ideal for the whole family. Private exit to area of beach with sun beds and umbrellas and an attendant . Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation and definitely stay there a
