  Attention, location, all of the guys of the staff except the red haired guy: he's very rude. I insist: all of the other guys and girls are great, they help you with a smile in their faces. But this guy? My god... It's kind of an attraction of the hi, go see this guy knowing he's a pain in the ass: ask him questions, and see how he reacts. When first speaking to the staff they made feel welcome. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was strong. very clean and eco-friendly. location was great. two blocks from union square, public transportation and ticket booth. Great restaurant around the area

  Very inexpensive. The bed was comfortable and there was a sink in the room. Everything was clean - if there were bathrooms in each room, this would be a hotel! We will stay here again! - Close to shopping

  Staff & general feel of the hostel was really friendly & plenty of opportunity to socialise! They organise different tours/activities each day of the week generally for free including some free meals! Very good buffet breakfast included!   The staff here are very friendly and very informative. they gave us a lot of information about where to go and what to eat around here. the stay was enjoyable. We were able to meet with people all around the world who came to san francisco for visit. over all, nice stay. - very clean
