Everything!!! The hotel had a great location, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, great value for money (compared to the other hotels we used on our 5 week holiday in the US) and the room was well set-out, clean and very comfortable. I didn't what to leave.....this hotel is a 10 out of 10. Keep up the great work.... -

The room was clean, nicely decorated and pretty much perfect. We were able to walk to dinner and home from the theater, and in the morning took a stroll by the White House. Awesome!

As a mature couple we found the Hotel to meet all of our needs.
The staff were friendly, the room was large with two double beds, comfortable and clean. We had room 410 right outside the lift but with one exception it wasn't noisy.

retrieved our vehicle. Later, we needed to leave the hotel quickly due
to an emergency situation at home in Michigan, the staff checked us out,
and stored our bags enabling us to complete some necessary phone calls

The staff were courteous and helpful. Liked the Starbucks down on the ground floor. Loved the fact it was above Metro Center and around the corner from the White House, Spy Museum, Crime Museum and some high street brands plus Macy's across the street. Also within walking distance to Chinatown and restaurants. Very central and accessible because of subway below.
Good breakfast. appreciated the fact it had free laundry room use - very important as we were on the road for a month.

Great location! Very well insulated room, very quiet and clean. Very good bed. Upon arrival we asked the young lady at the desk for a nice bistro around, and she referred us to a very special place close to the hotel where we really enjoyed organic food and the most pleasant ambiance for a couple of meals. The hotel is nice enough, but after reading the descriptions and reviews I expected something more. My room was quite big and very clean, but nothing that special about it. Maybe the Victorian rooms are more interesting. Garden, lobby and restaurant room are quite beautiful. Location is ok, can walk to major DC attractions, but it's not a short walk.
