The hotel had a great location, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, great value for money (compared to the other hotels we used on our 5 week holiday in the US) and the room was well set-out, clean and very comfortable.   As a mature couple we found the Hotel to meet all of our needs. The staff were friendly, the room was large with two double beds, comfortable and clean. We had room 410 right outside the lift but with one exception it wasn't noisy. Later, we needed to leave the hotel quickly due to an emergency situation at home in Michigan, the staff checked us out, and stored our bags enabling us to complete some necessary phone calls and then immediately start our trip home. AllCity (the managers) are not available by phone outside business hours -- I.E., when one arrives in dc with the wrong address. The price-value was great, it was cheaper than a 5star hotel room.   This was a work related trip so I did not get to do much in DC Area. I did like this Boutique Hotel, Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good Restraurants within walking distance - We were pleased to be so convenient to GWU Hospital while our brother-in-law underwent surgery for cancer and to find the hotel more than satisfactory.
