As expected with Marriott hotels, it was clean, the staff very helpful and mattress was very comfortable!
The valet parking was very expensive but worth it to just get out of your car and hand over the keys.
Unfortunately, I lost my car claim ticket. Fortunately, they gave me a newer car when it was returned so that worked out well!

We stayed with 7 mo old in Double room, and it was quiet tiny. There is no much space to place crib - maybe King room is more comfortable in that case. But armchair was great for nursing.
Beside that we liked everything in that hotel, especially location. Location could not be better.

Staff very helpful. Concierge gave us a great restaurant recommendation and helped us decide on transportation back to the airport. Excellent location! Beds were very comfortable. The hot chocolate on a chilly evening was a nice touch. -

We appreciate their great service and friendly staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable -- great pillows! We and many others enjoyed the wine that was served every evening in the lobby between 5:00 - 6:00 PM. It is a beautiful historic holel with a museum and a great restaurant. - Fantastic location, close to all attractions. Lovely rooms.

The history and design of the building.
Gorgeous. The bedroom was lovely and the bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Amenities in the bathroom were very nice quality as well
Carpet needs cleaning or needs to be replaced.
I loved the jazz band in the restaurant and the bartenders were very gracious and the service was terrific. -

all the noise. Close to the piers and Chinatown. Really enjoyed it! -

You can walk to the piers from this hotel, its .8 miles away so not bad
at all. I suggest parking in the lot across the street from this hotel,
its $27 a day as opposed to $50 for Hilton parking (although it isnt the

A nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is very central, so perfect for visiting SF. you can go almost anywhere walking from the hotel. The bed was comfy, everything was clean so.. all ok.

Great designed and very original hotel with some different conceptual work inside. The room area was large enough. I loved the writings on the walls, the towels, and the lightning of the room.Ther e is even ironing table inside the room, very practical. Hotel location is very central. Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!
