  Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone. The room was spacious and on the 21st floor we had a magnificent view of Lake Michigan and over to Navy Pier and to ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » Museum Campus - Beds ultra comfortable, rooms were very nice, clean and spacious and staff were excellent ... Plus the tapas restaurant on site was great! Overall Much better than the Hilton Chicago next door. Several colleagues of mine left that hotel and moved to this and were extremely happy. Great value for money for a 4 star!

  Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms. I wish we had had the option of two queen beds instead of two doubles. - Friendly help full staff, comfortable rooms and ease of access to stadium and downt... mitä ihmiset sanovat » own. The breakfast at the restaurant by the Lobby was excellent. Check in and checkout were easy. Enjoyed the history and decore of building.
