  Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

The room was large, clean, and well-appointed; I liked the added touch of an assortment of books in the room for guests. The room had a comfortable king size bed with nice linens and an up-dated bathroom with an over-sized shower.   Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive.
