  The hotel was absolutely fabulous! It was in a great location, walking distance from the shops on 5th avenue, Time Square ( if you don't mind walking 30 minutes), Madison Square garden, Megabus/Bolt drop off and pick up locations, PENN Station and literally seconds away from subway/Train station. They have a really cute downstairs lounge called the Living - The location was perfect for what we were there for. It was so easy to get anywhere from our hotel location. The live band downstairs was great (besides the fact that we could hear it in our room the first night).

  Excellent budget hotel much cheaper than most but great value for money. Clean no frills rooms quite large for NYC. We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe. The staff were over top with customer service, anything I asked or I got not problems.
