  The Staff at this hotel were very accommodating. They were extremely pleasant & went above & beyond to make sure we had our needs met. Our room had a sofa bed but it didn't look very nice or supportive, so the guy (can't remember the name) came up & brought a rollaway bed b/c there weren't any other available rooms to move us to. Th - The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites was incredible helpful, and the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced in any city in quite some time. We got help right away with options of parking, as well as suggestions for dinner. Great experience and value for the one night we stayed in NOLA-when we return I will definitely have Comfort Inn & Suites at the top of our list!

  Great staff made us feel welcome and very helpful with all our questions. It was a joy to meet and chat with the staff at this hotel, would stay here again! Very close to French Quarter, cruise terminal everything was within walking distance, safe area to stay at. - The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. The location is outside the French Quarter but close enought to walk. It is on the cablecar line to the Garden District and Audubon Park.   I had a nice time staying at the Residence Inn on March 1st, 2013. I wish I could have stayed longer but my funds would not let me. But overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend this place to anyone and of course I will be returning to the Residence Inn in the near future or sooner. - We really liked the facilities although next time... mitä ihmiset sanovat » we will request 2 bathrooms.
