  Excellent budget hotel much cheaper than most but great value for money. Clean no frills rooms quite large for NYC. We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe. The staff were over top with customer service, anything I asked or I got not problems.   I arrived New York deadly tired at around 12 midnight. I was received by a quick check-in, rapid delivery of my lugguage. To my surprise the room had a coffee maker, excellent pulsating shower. Location was perfect and the view from the room was a surprise to me. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

  I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend - I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I knew what I was going to get.   The hotel staff was so accommodating. We arrived before check in and were able to leave our bags in a secured room while we ventured off. When booking, I asked that they put us on the highest floor with the best view for the deal I was offered. When we awoke the next morning, there was a complimentary bottle of sparkling Voss and a hand written - I was there to Burry My Mother I came in from Hawaii the only thing is I could not Ck in untill 1:00pm I was traveling with my son and the flight landed at 6:30am when I booked the Hotel with you you called them and ask if I could ck in early you said that they would try but when I got there I was not in the system but after about 10 minutes they said every thing was good but I could no ck in untill they would call me but they did let me leave my bags.

Nice cornerroom(no#1212) with a great view. 6th Ave in one direction with Central Park at the end, and looking down on Herald Square and Macys in the other direction.
