  When we first arrived we were placed in a room in the seventh floor, which had windows that you could barely see out of. On top of that, we found hairs in the bed. However, just a call to guest relations got housekeeping to change the sheets. The next day we spoke with a staff member and they were able to accomodate us in another room. While at first I was a bit - The wave pool was amazing and very fun for my 12 and 14 year old boys and myself. It was soo hot in Vegas (104+) that we stayed in the water the entire 4 pool hours each day of our stay. The lazy river was fun as well with a good speed to it for drifting or running/swimming. We enjoyed the lux room view from the 23rd floor facing the pool. Everyone was friendly and the Starbucks was handy. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson One show and the buffets for each meal except one dinner and one breakfast.

Rooms are cleaner that most hotels on the strip, which makes a great value for money, since you paid less for a cleaner room. The hotel is located a block away from the strip. I didn't mind, it was only a $8 taxi ride back, but I saw the driver had picked someone up from the strip when they picked me up from the airport. I loved the hotel and I would stay there again.
