The room we had was perfect for our family with a small kitchenette...nice and roomy. Staff was absolutely fantastic, especially the Front Desk Manager Tang! The concierge David was fun and VERY informative! We travel ALOT and we have never experienced the type of service and follow through that we experienced at the Affinia Dumont. - the hotel was so centrally located, the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the bed was so comfortable and the linen was changed regularly. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel

We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!

Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in.

Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive.
$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.
