  The hotel was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and plenty of coffee, and they were friendly. The desk staff and the bus boys were knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly. My wife needed to warm her drinks and some times the food and kept using the micro - I went to nyc for a weekend just to visit art museums, I chose Hampton Inn as it is walking distance to MoMa. Thanks to Sandra's advice, clear instructions and map, I easily found my way to 5 other museums. Sandra also gave me a tooth brush and sewing ket (I lost a button and forgot my toothbrush). Loved the big bowl of apples at the front desk, and although coffee in rooms I loved the 24 hour coffee station (as traveling solo so it was nice place to have a chat with others), loved the breakfas
