  Beautiful hotel; I love the dark wood and elegant light fixtures. The room was spacious and attractive with a great view. The bed was so comfortable - I haven't slept so well in a long time.   The hotel was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and plenty of coffee, and they were friendly. The desk staff and the bus boys were knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly. My wife needed to warm her drinks and some times the food and kept using the micro - I went to nyc for a weekend just to visit art museums, I chose Hampton Inn as it is walking distance to MoMa.   Location was good and the hotel was comfortable, with larger than average rooms. The staff were terrific, from the front desk to the concierge to the doormen. The concierge found us a wonderful restaurant for dinner before our show one evening at the last minute.
